Refund Policy

At Happy Motorhomes, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when purchasing or renting from us.

Vehicle Sales

• Deposits for vehicle purchases may be non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
• Cancellations by the customer after a finalized agreement may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Vehicle Rentals

• Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the rental start date may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance or for no-shows.

Products & Accessories

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• A restocking fee may apply.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 10 business days after item inspection.
