At Happy Motorhomes, we are committed to protecting your privacy while providing a safe and enjoyable motorhome rental experience. We collect only the information necessary to process bookings, provide customer support, improve our services, and meet legal requirements. Your personal information is stored securely, never sold to third parties, and handled in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

Rental Terms & Conditions:

Rental Duration:
• Standard rental period: 12 hours per day.
• Additional hours are charged at EGP 3,000 per extra hour.
• All prices are subject to change based on fuel price fluctuations.

Prohibited Activities:
The following are strictly prohibited during the rental period:
• Overnight stays.
• Bringing pets into the motorhome.
• Smoking inside the motorhome.
• Consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages.
• Driving the Motorhome by customers or unauthorized persons.
• Sleeping in vehicles parked on the roadside.
• Parking in unauthorized or restricted areas.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, termination of the rental agreement, and/or forfeiture of the security deposit.

Renter Responsibilities:
The renter agrees to:
• Follow all instructions provided by Happy Motorhomes staff.
• Treat the motorhome with reasonable care and maintain its cleanliness.
• Return the Motorhome on time and in the same condition in which it was received, excluding normal wear and tear.
• Be responsible for any fines, penalties, or damages resulting from misuse or violation of these terms.

Insurance:
• Happy Motorhomes maintains insurance coverage for its Motorhomes in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Insurance coverage may not apply in cases of negligence, misuse, prohibited activities, or intentional damage.
• The renter is responsible for any deductible or uninsured losses as specified in the rental agreement.

Damage Compensation:
The renter is financially responsible for:
• Any damage caused to the motorhome, its equipment, accessories, or interior due to misuse or negligence.
• Missing items or accessories upon return.
• Repair costs, replacement costs, cleaning fees, towing charges, or loss of use resulting from damage caused during the rental period.
• Any damage not covered by the insurance policy.

Happy Motorhomes reserves the right to assess damages and charge the renter accordingly.
